At a glance

SymLog works on-device, writes to Apple Health only with your permission, and does not use a Calrissian server.

Information the app handles

  • Symptom records and related details are stored on your device and in Apple Health when you grant permission.
  • The app reads only the Apple Health data needed for the features you choose and subject to the permissions you control in iOS.
  • PDF reports and other exports are created on-device and leave the app only when you choose to share them.
  • SymLog does not require a Calrissian account and does not send symptom records to a Calrissian server.

Purchases

If SymLog offers an in-app purchase or subscription, Apple processes the transaction. GadgetHeads LLC does not receive your full payment-card information. The app may receive purchase and entitlement status so it can unlock the features you bought.

When you contact support

If you email support@gadgetheads.biz, we receive the address you write from and anything you include in the message, such as screenshots or device details. We use that information to respond to your request and troubleshoot the problem.

Sharing and exports

Features that export, message, or share information act only when you choose to use them. Once you send information to another person or service, that recipient’s privacy practices apply.

Security and your device

We design Calrissian apps to use platform protections such as the iOS sandbox, Apple permissions, and iCloud where noted above. No system can guarantee perfect security, so keep your devices, accounts, and backups protected.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when SymLog changes. The effective date at the top will show when the current version took effect. Material changes will be reflected here before or when the related feature is released.
