Bill in Space has no account, no tracking, and no ads — nothing about you leaves your device except through Apple's own systems (iCloud and the App Store).
Information the app handles
- The game never asks you to create an account, log in, or provide an email address, name, or profile.
- Your game data — Challenge completions, best scores, accessories, explorer/world selections, settings, and Bill Bucks balance — is stored locally on your device.
- If your device is signed in to iCloud, a copy of your Bill Bucks wallet and progress syncs automatically to your other devices through your own private iCloud account; this lives in your personal iCloud, visible to you and Apple under Apple's terms, not to GadgetHeads LLC.
- The optional "Tilt to look" feature (Sightseeing only, off by default) reads your device's gyroscope live to pan the camera; that motion is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.
- Bill Bucks purchases are consumable packs handled entirely by Apple through the App Store — GadgetHeads LLC only receives confirmation that a purchase succeeded, never your payment details.
- The app adds no diagnostics of its own beyond the standard iOS crash/analytics reporting you control in Settings, shared with Apple, not with GadgetHeads LLC.
- Bill in Space contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising, and no third-party trackers, and its privacy manifest declares no data collected.
- The game collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Purchases
If Bill in Space offers an in-app purchase or subscription, Apple processes the transaction. GadgetHeads LLC does not receive your full payment-card information. The app may receive purchase and entitlement status so it can unlock the features you bought.
When you contact support
If you email support@gadgetheads.biz, we receive the address you write from and anything you include in the message, such as screenshots or device details. We use that information to respond to your request and troubleshoot the problem.
Sharing and exports
Features that export, message, or share information act only when you choose to use them. Once you send information to another person or service, that recipient’s privacy practices apply.
Security and your device
We design GadgetHeads LLC apps to use platform protections such as the iOS sandbox, Apple permissions, and iCloud where noted above. No system can guarantee perfect security, so keep your devices, accounts, and backups protected.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Bill in Space changes. The effective date at the top will show when the current version took effect. Material changes will be reflected here before or when the related feature is released.
